An energetic individual is needed for the Perennial department of an established garden shop serving the greater Akron area. Our team consists of dedicated individuals who share our enthusiasm for the outdoors and plants. In this tradition, our company is seeking an individual who enjoys supporting our purpose of fulfilling customers’ dreams of a beautiful garden.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling, caring for and displaying perennials. Additional knowledge of shrubs, roses and small trees is helpful. We seek individuals that are results-oriented, efficient, dedicated to delivering quality work, flexible and attentive to detail. Previous retail garden center experience preferred. A love of the outdoors, a desire to do physical work and delight customers is required. This is a part-time position and requires working on Saturdays.
